Terms and conditions for assembly and disassembly
    of exhibition stands at the Agrokomplex,
    Nitra exhibition grounds

	1.	In case of own stand construction is the exhibiting company or (realiser of the stand) obliged to send the technical project in two duplicates and the project of electricity for approval at the latest 20 working days before assembly starts. While starting the assembly the stand, stand realiser provides to the technical service person (hall supervisor) in the pavilion approved project and a receipt of payment of ordered services. The realiser is obliged to lay a deposit 100,- EUR for each stand by the entrance into the exhibition area at the cashiers desk Agrokomplex – Výstavníctvo Nitra, as an assurance for returning of the exhibition space after disassembly in original and untouched stage. If this condition will be not respected, the stand construction will not be allowed.
	2.	In case of arrival of the stand constructor in free days (holiday day), the stand constructor is obliged to announce this to the production manager, or business group manager in advance of 3 days.
	3.	The stand constructor (realizer) will give a register (list) of the imported material to the pavilion technician (hall supervisor) for acknowledgement. Entry of assembly materials is realized through the assigned entrance on mutualy negotaited (inevitable) time of discharge.
	4.	Interference with the hall objects, or outdoor areas are forbidden. Possible changes on the base of application from stand realiser provides organiser for a determined fee with the possibility of refusal. Before laying down of a carpet must realiser use a paper mask type band and afterward both side band. Mask type band can the realiser buy at the entrance of the exhibition area.
	5.	At the exhibition area is not allowed to interfere with the existing electrical distributions and appliances, as well as distributions of water. All connections for water, electricity, phone, fax and Internet .......... can be arranged by the organiser only.
	6.	It is necessary to keep the security norms and prescriptions in the meaning of the „General exhibition conditions“. It is not allowed to weld and to work with open fire.
	7.	The assembly workers of the realiser are obliged to remove garbage daily from assembly activities into the garbage containers in the exhibition area. If not, the administration of the exhibition area will do it at realiser costs. In case of a high amount of garbage is the realiser obliged to order a bulk cargo container for a fee or remove the garbage at own costs. With dangerous garbage must the realiser deal within the law Nr. 223/2001 of Slovak collection of laws.
	8.	The exhibition halls are dealing during the assembly period restrictively for assembly, not for production of stands. The agreement for production works gives the organiser written by cash remittance. These are made in determined places after payment.
	9.	Packing of exhibits, as well as assembly material is the exhibitor obliged to store in forwarding store against payment (store is situated in the exhibition area) or remove from the exhibition area. If not, the administration of the exhibition area will do it at the costs of exhibitor.
	10.	Realiser after disassembly returns the space in original stage to the construction headman, who confers upon him the document KAUCIA/DEPOSIT for leaving the exhibition area after inspection. On the base of approved document the deposit will be returned. In case of violation of the organiser’s property, realiser withstands the costs for reparation.
	11.	Realiser (stand constructor) is obliged to disassembly and remove used material in terms determined for disassembly. In case of not keeping the final term for leaving the exhibition area, penalty in the amount of 67,- EUR will be charged for every day of occupied period. All the costs occurred by later assembly and disassembly will be charged to the realiser of the stand.
	12.	Assembly and disassembly is allowed within timing schedule given in „General conditions of participation“. Organiser upon remittance within the meaning of service order allows exceptions from the given terms.
	13.	Assembly cards are for particular workers of realiser, which are constructing stands.
	14.	Parking card allows working people to park inside the exhibition area on determined places during assembly and disassembly period only. In case of not paying the parking cards on the base of the invoice, it is possible to purchase them at the entrance of the exhibition area.
	15.	Deposit entrance is allowed for cars, which are delivering exhibits, or material for immediate loading, or unloading and leaving the exhibition area.
	16.	Organiser is not responsible for loosing, or spoiling, or whatever violation of exhibits, goods, packing, as well as outfitting and equipping of the stand.
	17.	Realiser is responsible for damage caused by own activity and for these cases is obliged to conclude insurance contract.
	18.	Repairs to stands not constructed by LCE – Low cost expo, a. s. will be charged to the exhibitor at 10,- EUR per hour + materials used for repairs.
	19.	Insurance for damages caused by own activity. Realiser is obliged to have during assembly, exhibition period and disassembly concluded contract about responsibility for damages caused by own activity. Mentioned insurance is obliged to submit after require. In case of not fulfilling this condition, or not being able to submit this circumstance, organiser is allowed to refuse his entry to exhibition area until establishing remedy.
	20.	The deposit for each stand in amount of 100,- EUR will be returned to the realizer (stand constructor) only, when the realizer (stand constructor) reimbursed all liabilities against fair organizer Agrokomplex – Výstavníctvo Nitra.
	21.	When the stand constructor (realizer) did not reimburse all liabilities from all previous fairs and exhibitions, the stand constructors will be not allowed to enter the exhibition area.
