| Article II. ASSIGNING SPACE |

| 1. |   | The exhibitor registers for the exhibition at www.domexpo.sk. The contract on renting exhibition space for the DOM EXPO exhibition is entered into on the basis of an on-line order at the LCE web-site – www.domexpo.sk. Minimum rented space 9 sqm. |
| 2. |   | Entry registration form sent to www.domexpo.sk is binding to the exhibitor. LCE accepts, shortens or refuses an entry, while complying with the requirements of the exhibitor in a highest possible extent. |
| 3. |   | The exhibitor is obliged to fulfil all its obligations, which arise from its participation and the participation of its co-exhibitors as well as obligations for companies authorised by the exhibitor to construct the exposition, and the transportation company. Any changes must be approved by LCE. |
| 4. |   | LCE places exhibitors according to exhibition commodities. |
| 4. |   | The exhibitor may not sub-rent the assigned exhibition space to a third party, with the exception of exhibitors entering as a group. |
| Article III. PAYMENT TERMS |

| 1. |   | After registering for the exhibition at www.domexpo.sk, the exhibitor shall receive by e-mail a deposit invoice with a confirmed current rent and registration fee. The exhibitor is obliged to settle the deposit invoice before the maturity date. In case the exhibitor does not settle the invoice on its due date, he must reserve the exhibition space anew at www.domexpo.sk. LCE does not guarantee the original price. The application is only accepted after the deposit invoice has been settled. |
| 2. |   | In case the exhibitor cancels the application, the registration fee is not refunded. If the exhibitor cancels the application, LCE has right for a contractual penalty in the following amount:

| 3. |   | The valid applicable VAT is charged. |
| Article IV. EXHIBITS |

| 1. |   | Exhibits are understood as products, goods or rights to immovable property, which have been bindingly entered and exhibited in a space determined by LCE and which comply with the nomenclature of the fair. |
| 2. |   | Transportation of exhibits to and from the exhibition is governed by LCE regulations. For exhibits, which will not be transported from the exhibition within the disassembly period, LCE charges manipulation and storage fee and is not liable in case of a loss or damage. |
| 3. |   | Delivery of goods is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. In case neither the exhibitor nor his deputy are present, the exhibits shall be delivered to the designated exhibition space at the exhibitor's risk. It is not permitted to take exhibits away during the exhibition. |
| Article V. CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF THE EXPOSITION, ASSEMBLY OF EXHIBITS |

| 1. |   | Dates of assembly, disassembly and operation time are determined by LCE. For construction of the exposition and exhibiting, the technical and safety regulations of LCE are binding to the exhibitors. |
| 2. |   | 1. Mounted hydrants, fire detectors, fire extinguishers and other security devices may not be covered. Any interference with the exhibition halls or outdoor spaces are forbidden. The exhibitor is obliged to order any modifications of these spaces from LCE. |
| 3. |   | The maximum height of expositions in exhibition halls constitutes 3 m and on outdoor spaces 8 m. Any aberrations must be approved by LCE. |
| 4. |   | Exhibitors who construct their expositions themselves or through contracting companies are obliged to submit to LCE for approval a technical and electrical project of the exposition in 2 copies no later than 4 weeks before exhibition. Assembly is allowed only after the projects have been approved by LCE. Architectonic solutions and the operation of the exposition may not interfere with neighbouring expositions and communications. |
| 5. |   | Exhibitors are obliged to order water and electricity supplies and telecommunications from LCE. |
| 6. |   | The exhibitor is liable for all devices rented from LCE and is obliged to return them after the end of the exhibition undamaged. |
| 7. |   | The exhibitor is obliged to reimburse LCE for any damaged exhibition space and equipment. |
| Article VI. ACOUSTICAL ADVERTISING |

| 1. |   | Noise level at the stand may not exceed 70 dB. If this limit is exceeded, LCE reserves the right to disconnect electricity from the stand. |
| Article VII. PROMOTION, ADVERTISING |
||
| 1. |   | The exhibitor may promote their products only in their own expositions. |
| 2. |   | All advertising outside the stand must be ordered from LCE. |
| 3. |   | The official exhibition catalogue shall contain data submitted by the exhibitor. |
| Article VIII. INSURANCE |
||
| 1. |   | LCE is not liable to the exhibitor or his co-exhibitors for loss, destruction or damage to the exhibits, equipment and furnishings of the exhibition stand, of goods, packages or packaging material regardless to whether the destruction or other damage occurred before, during or after the exhibition or other event organised by LCE. The exhibitor shall take insurance for this purpose with an insurance company of their choice. |
| 2. |   | Liability insurance for damages caused by activity of the own doing. Exhibitors who construct their own exhibition stands and contracting companies building exhibition stands are obliged to take liability insurance for the period before and during the exhibition and during disassembly. They are obliged to present the said insurance upon request. In the event that this condition is not fulfilled or the subject is not capable to prove this circumstance, LCE may prohibit the subject to enter the exhibition premises until such omission is rectified. |
| Article IX. TECHNICAL AND SAFETY REGULATION REGARDING FIRE SAFETY |

| 1. |   | All exhibitors realising their expositions according to project documentation not produced by the LCE project department are obliged to submit the documentation before work commencement to LCE, to have it evaluated and approved by the Agrokomplex – Výstavníctvo Nitra fire technician. |
| 2. |   | During preparation, exhibition and disassembly smoking is prohibited in all exhibition halls with the exception of designated spaces … with ashtrays, where no inflammable material is stored. No inflammable material, explosives, acids and poisons may be stored in the exhibition halls. Any exceptions must be approved by LCE. All materials used in constructing expositions must have non-inflammable treatment or impregnated against burning. Exact kind and amount of such used materials must be announced when submitting project. |
| 3. |   | All valid anti-fire regulations must be observed. |
| Article X. FINAL PROVISIONS |
||
| 1. |   | In the event, that LCE may not begin the exhibition or any accompanying event during its entire duration or its part on the entire exhibition grounds or its part or any other venue due to causes beyond LCE's control (force majeure), LCE shall inform the exhibitor about such event. All liabilities that arise to LCE by signing the contract on the exhibitor's participation shall be forfeited. In such event the exhibitor has no right for compensation of incurred losses. LCE may keep a certain portion of fees already settled by the exhibitor. |
| 2. |   | The exhibitor may file complaint on work and services provided by LCE with a responsible official in writing without unnecessary delay no later than one day before the end of the fair, otherwise this right shall lapse. |
| 3. |   | If it is not determined otherwise, LCE may in case of breach of any of these provisions prohibit the exhibitor from further participation in the fair or accompanying event. In such event, the exhibitor has no right for damages and for the refund of the settled invoice. |
