Registration of exhibitors will be held in Hall F in the stand of the organizer - LCE - Low cost expo, a. s. Upon registration you will receive exhibitor passes and parking permits. Entering by car is possible through :

| 5. | Stand Setup (by the organizer LCE a. s.) | |||||||||||||||
| Stands set up by the organizer LCE - Low cost, may be inspected and accepted on 23 April 2014 from 8.00 am. In case of a lockable area within the stand, the keys may be picked up at the registration desk in Hall F against a deposit of EUR 7.-. The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the keys. | ||||||||||||||||
| 6. | Individual Setup | |||||||||||||||
| Exhibitors designing and setting up their stands themselves are liable for any damages or bodily harm caused by wrong design or setup of stand. Companies executing setup must register with the organizer´s office (Hall F) and lodge a deposit of EUR 100.- for each stand at the AX Nitra cash-desk. The same applies to exhibitors setting up their stands themselves. The deposit is a security against the return of the exhibition space after dismantling of stand in the original undamaged condition. Construction of stands is only possible upon payment of all financial obligations towards the organizer and all fees related to setup of stands. | 7. | Insurance | |||||||||||||||
| AX and LCE are excluded from liability against exhibitors and co-exhibitors for any loss, destruction, or damages to exhibits, furnishings and fixtures of the stand as well as goods, packaging and packaging material regardless to whether the loss, destruction or damages were incurred before the start, during or after the closing of the exhibition. Exhibitors are required to take out insurance policy with an insurance company of their choice. | ||||||||||||||||
| 8. | Security | |||||||||||||||
| During construction, dismantling and at night, security is provided at the exhibition grounds, however, security service is not responsible for possible theft of exhibits or furnishings of stands. You may order special security for your stand at (www.domexpo.sk – pricelist – Invitations, cards, security....) | ||||||||||||||||
| 9. | Cleaning Services | |||||||||||||||
| Cleaning services for exhibitors who have ordered them begin on 24 April 2014 in the evening. General cleaning after the closing of the exhibition may be ordered separately at (www.domexpo.sk – pricelist – C - cleaning services....) | ||||||||||||||||
| 10. | Additional Orders | |||||||||||||||
Additional orders are possible in limited extent only. All additional orders must be confirmed by exhibition management. Any additional services are charged as follows:

| 11. | Important Reminder | |||||||||||||||
| Unless all financial obligations against the organizer are settled before registration, exhibitors are not entitled to participate in the exhibition (in case of individual setup, to construct the stand). If invoices were settled shortly before the start of construction, exhibitors are asked to bring account statement confirming the payment - not a payment order. | ||||||||||||||||
